Rebeka Ramangamihanta

Program Coordinator for the Human Rights program

Rebeka is the Program Coordinator for the Human Rights program at The 11th Hour Project. She earned a Master of Development Practice degree from UC Berkeley as a recipient of the MasterCard Foundation Scholarship, an award given to African students committed to giving back and contributing to the social and economic development of their home countries and/or the African continent generally. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Economics from Lafayette College.

Rebeka has previously interned with UNICEF Madagascar and Securing Water for Food for which she conducted field research in Ghana
